Jacqueline Clement

My practice is a private psychotherapy office that invites people to deepen awareness of their internal experiences, welcome those experiences with compassion, and discover ways to nurture themselves through life’s challenges. At the core of my work is mindfulness and compassion, supporting clients in safely connecting to their inner world, welcoming what is there without judgment and understanding what they need to cope with difficult emotions.

I focus on helping clients build a stronger connection to themselves through mindfulness and embodiment-based practices. This work supports emotional regulation, increased self-awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with one’s thoughts, feelings, and body.

I am trained in mindfulness-based and addiction-focused treatment modalities and have been working in the field since 2006. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs through presence, curiosity, and self-compassion.
