Litchfield Hills Aikido
Laura Pavlick
Litchfield Hills Aikido is a traditional dojo dedicated to the Japanese martial art of aikido. Aikido teaches you to remain centered and connected through times of conflict and stress. Training provides an opportunity to calm the mind and find a balance between mind, body and spirit.
Aikido is a non-competitive art of self defense. We train in order to develop both mental and physical coordination, flexibility and fluidity. It is a non-competitive art, and can be adjusted for any physical or age restrictions.
This dojo is a diverse, enthusiastic, and supportive group of students of all ages and backgrounds. We practice aikido together, each supporting the other's path to personal refinement through regular training.
