My name is Hannah Neale and I am the Outreach and Equipment Coordinator for Connecticut Relay, a free public service administered through Hamilton Telecommunications which enables individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind or have difficulty speaking to communicate over the phone.

My role is to inform, advise, and connect our residents to this service, including local businesses who may be interested in becoming relay friendly through workplace trainings and collaboration. I also manage our equipment distribution program for individuals who may require assistive technology to maintain an independent lifestyle.
